About me..

I am Gordon, Director & Head Baker here at The Norfolk Wedding Cake company. We have made Norfolk our home in 2023 after running a successful Wedding cake Business Essex County Cakes since 2016.

I studied as a baker and confectioner back in the 80's, attaining qualifications at the London institute of City & Guilds. Since then, gained a wealth of knowledge working for bakeries around Essex and London.

I want to bring my wealth of knowledge, reputation and creativity to East Anglia, in order to create the cake of your dreams.
